Policies

 

  • All major credit cards and cash are accepted as payment for services.
  • If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their haircut and/or color service, the guest has 10 days from the original appointment date to come back for adjustments at no additional charge.
  • Please plan accordingly for that Los Angeles traffic! Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled if notified within 24 hours of scheduled appointment at no charge. If arriving over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to respect other clients’ schedules.
  • We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
