Policies

 

  • All major credit cards and cash are accepted as payment for services.
  • If for any reason a client is not satisfied with their haircut and/or color service, client has 10 days from the original appointment date to come back for adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that we enforce a strict No Cash Refund policy.
  • Please plan accordingly for that Los Angeles traffic! Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled if notified within 24 hours of scheduled appointment at no charge. If arriving over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to respect other clients’ schedules.
  • We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
